Provision of Insurance Brokerage Services to the Coillte Group
Coillte is seeking to enter into a contract with an insurance broker to meet its requirements for the provision of services pertaining to insurance brokerage and insurable risk advice for:
— Coillte Parent;
— Coillte Panel Products (Smartply Europe Ltd and Medite Europe Ltd);
— The liability and personal accident insurance programmes facilitated by Coillte for the benefit of the independent contractors engaged;
— Smartply Renewal Project (subject to approvals).
Insurance Projects Ltd (Damien Woods) have been engaged to facilitate the process in conjunction with Coillte.
Coillte requires the placement and management of a range of insurances including but not limited to the following:
— Property Damage/Business Interruption;
— Computer Insurance;
— Employers Liability;
— Public Liability;
— Product Liability;
— Professional Indemnity;
— Engineering;
— Motor;
— Smartply Renewal Project - An Owner Controlled.
Construction and Fit-out Project Insurance Programme including property damage and public/product liability covers.
It is anticipated that the contract will commence before 1.8.2013 and continue until 30.4.2016 with Coillte having an option to extend the contract for a further 1 or 2 years. The insurances covers renewable on 1.8.2013 are intended to be placed for the period to 1.5.2014 (9 months) and annually thereafter thereby bringing them in
line with the liability insurances.
We are now seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified brokers for the provision of the above services for the Coillte Group. Only candidates that can demonstrate
they can provide brokerage services of a similar scale and complexity should apply for this contract.
