Provision of Employment Services "JobPath"
The Department of Social Protection (Ireland) wishes to contract for the provision of employment services, on a payment by results basis, with a clear focus on long-term unemployment so as to get the long-term unemployed into employment or self-employment. This new service is called JobPath. It will complement the existing public employment service and community based local employment service in order to provide new and additional support to target long-term unemployment. Employment services may include, but are not limited to, the provision of job search assistance, job matching services, advice on employment and career options, advice on the development and design of curriculum vitae, advice on training and education options, the development and monitoring of personal action plans, personal skills training, personal advisory and coaching services, referral to work experience, referral to training/further education, the provision of recruitment services to employers and the provision of ‘in-work' advice and coaching to jobseekers who secure employment.
