Health Service Executive (HSE)

The Health Service Executive, on behalf of the soon to be
established Children & Family Agency, wishes to engage
external support to assist it in the provision of youth support
services in RDPI West with an initial requirement in
Sligo/Leitrim/West Cavan, offering intensive and consistent
one-to-one support to young people on levels 3 and 4 of the
Hardiker Scale, referred by the HSE Social Work Service.
The contracted Youth Support Service provider will be based
locally and will integrate with local provision within Children
and Family Social Work teams on a geographical basis.
The Referral Base is HSE Children and Family Services โ€“
Alternative Care.

Short description:
