Project 2677 - Provision of Triage Services for North East Doctor On-Call Service (NEDOC) and Dublin Doctor On-Call Service (DDOC)

Health Service Executive (HSE)

The HSE hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit a tender to provide nurse triage / doctor triage services for the North East Doctor On-Call Service (NEDOC) and Dublin Doctor On-Call Service (DDOC), as two separate Lots as follows:
Lot 1: North East Doctor On-Call Service (NEDOC).
Lot 2: Dublin Doctor On-Call Service (DDOC).
NEDOC and DDOC operate as a partnership between the Health Service Executive Dublin North East and participating GP practices. The service provides urgent GP out-of-hours services to patients of participating practices from 6pm to 8am weekdays and 24 hours at weekends and public
holidays. DDOC also operates on Good Friday and Christmas Eve from 1pm. Patients who require a GP, outside normal surgery hours can access both services by contacting a low call telephone number.
Tenderers may tender for one or both of the Lots indicated above.
Separate tender responses and costings must be submitted in respect of each Lot tendered for as indicated above. The HSE reserves the right to award a contract, if awarded, to one or more service providers.
