The phased demolition of the existing school buildings and the construction of a new 2-storey school, consisting of 32- classrooms, associated teaching spaces, offices, general purpose hall, special needs units, associated car and bus parking, off-street drop-off and collection area, and service area at Knockmay, Portlaoise, Co. Laois. The total Gross Floor Area of the project is approximately 5 506 m2.
Sections of the existing school will remain in operation until the new school is constructed. The development is to be carried out on a site of circa 2,42 hectares including all associated ground and landscape works.
