Playground, supply and instillation

Tenderers are invited to submit for the design, supply and installation costs of a new playground for the village of Castlegregory, Co Kerry, Ireland.
There are five elements to the proposed works, namely:- Playground complete with equipment, safety surface, fencing and ancillary equipment (bins, benches etc,) Adult exercise equipment separate from playground with its own dedicated entrance.
Footpath in cold tar or equivalent with low level bollard style lighting, 1.8m wide extending from the footpath at Main Street through the Main Street. buffer zone, the playground, the Forge Road buffer zone and terminating at the footpath on Forge Road.
Solid panel fencing (concrete post with heavy duty lapped wood panel 1.8m high) within the Forge Road buffer area extending from the rear of the playground to Forge Road.
Prime cost sum of EUR9,500.00 allowed for specialist landscaping within the site to be completed by a sub-contractor to the successful tenderer – the tenderer is allowed to take a percentage profit on this sum.
