a) all queries should be submitted at least seven days before the closing date to enable responses to be issued to all interested candidates prior to the deadline date for the receipt of applications.
b) A soft copy of an Applicants Expression of Interest must be submitted by closing date (See section VI.5) to the email address in I.1) above. Suitability to pursue the professional activity:
Applicants are required, as part of their Expression of Interest, to provide confirmation of the following:
a) Acceptance of Irish Law as governing any contract awarded,

Economic and financial standing:
Candidates must demonstrate that they have adequate financial capacity to deliver the project. Applicants are required, as part of their Expression of Interest, to provide the following:
a) Audited financial statements for the applicants proposed contracting entity for the most recent 3 financial years. Such financial statements must include at a minimum
(i) profit and loss account / income statement,
(ii) balance sheet,
(iii) cash flow statement if applicable and
(iv) the detailed explanatory notes associated with balances within the financial statements.
If audited financial statements are not available for the most recent financial year, up to date management accounts including appropriate explanatory notes should be submitted.
b) Evidence of current levels of insurance cover. Such evidence may be in the form of either,
(c -i) copies of the relevant insurance certificates for each of the insured risks, or
(c-ii) letter from insurance broker providing details of insurance cover in respect of the following risks,
(i) Employers Liability,
(ii) Public Liability,
(iii) Professional Indemnity,
(iv) Products Liability,
(v) Motor Insurance,
(vi) Travel Insurance.
