NUI Galway is seeking a reputable facilities management contractor with a proven track record in directly delivering and managing technically demanding facilities management services including but not limited to security, cleaning, reception, porterage/ messenger, helpdesk and mechanical electrical and building fabric maintenance.
NUI Galway intends to award a contract in June 2013 for their Bio-Sciences building in Galway for a period of 5 years with an option to extend the contract by 1+1 year(s). NUI Galway may extend the scope of this contract to cover other FM service provisions, to selected other locations.
