NABCO is seeking to form a strategic partnership with a developer or developers or other parties to secure planning permission on three sites; to construct co-operative housing and associated infrastructure on these sites on the contractor's own responsibility; and once completed NABCO will buy these units for a pre-determined price that will be agreed on contract award.
