A pre-qualification questionnaire will be issued to all candidates who respond to this notice, Expressions of interest should be addressed to ssprocurement@esb.ie The questionnaire must be requested by 4th Novemeber completed and returned by email to the address in I.1 above not later that 12:00 noon on 11.11.2013. The responses will be used to assist in drawing up a tender list. The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by the candidates or tenderers relating to this contract award procedure. It is currently anticapated that the Framework Agreement will be an initial 3 years with an option to extend the Framework Agreement by a further 2 years.
