Suitability to pursue the professional activity:
1. Canadiates to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that they are not bankrupt, subject to administration, not being wound-up, not had a receiver appointed or otherwise apparently insolvent.
2. Canadiates to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that the canadiate, their directors or other persons with powers of representation have not been convicted of conspiracy, corruption, bribery or money laundering.
3. Canadiates to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that the canadiate, their directors or other persons with powers of representation have not being convicted of a crinimal offence or committed a grave act of misconduct relating to the conduct of their business.
