National Roads Authority
A Framework Agreement for the provision of legal services associated with the design, construction, operation, maintenance, and all other aspects of road projects nationwide (the 'Services'). The users of the Framework Agreement are the Authority itself and the Local Authorities. These bodies will be entitled (but not obliged) to draw down services from the Framework Agreement in accordance with the rules of the Framework Agreement.
