South Eastern Applied Materials (SEAM) wishes to purchase the following:
Lot 1 A Scanning Electron Microscope System and
Lot 2 Interferometry based Non-Contact Optical Surface Profilo-meter.
The procurement will also include all software necessary to process the resulting data, delivery, installation and training.
