To carry out studies on the impacts of the crisis on access to health care services:
country reports on (lot 1) Portugal, (lot 2) Romania, (lot 3) Slovenia, (lot 4) Sweden:
a) to develop a better understanding of how access to health care services has been affected by the crisis;
b) to establish which groups have been most affected by the crisis in terms of reduced access to health care services;
c) to identify initiatives that have reduced or mitigated the potential negative impact of austerity measures on access to health care services.

Rapporterne skal desuden søge at identificere initiativer, som har formindsket eller afhjulpet den potentielle negative indvirkning af besparelsestiltag i forhold til adgang til sundhedsydelser. For at kunne identificere, hvorvidt disse initiativer har formindsket eller afhjulpet den potentielle negative indvirkning af besparelsestiltag i forhold til adgang, er det nødvendigt med en evaluering af initiativerne.Derudover kræves der for hvert parti afgivelse af kommentarer til Eurofounds forskningsrapportudkast.
