The HSE has identified a requirement for the Provision of Contracted Satellite Haemodialysis Units for HSE Dublin Mid-Leinster (Portlaoise) and HSE South (Wexford). The required services are Annex II B services and, accordingly, only Articles 23 and 35(4) the Consolidated Public Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC for the award of public service contracts, as amended, apply to the award of any contract(s) that arise from this process.
