Health Service Executive (HSE)

The HSE has identified a requirement for the Provision of Contracted Satellite Haemodialysis Units for HSE Dublin Mid-Leinster (Portlaoise) and HSE South (Wexford). The required services are Annex II B services and, accordingly, only Articles 23 and 35(4) the Consolidated Public Procurement Directive 2004/18/EC for the award of public service contracts, as amended, apply to the award of any contract(s) that arise from this process. The first stage of this process is the request for Service Providers to Express an Interest. Please see attached documentation.
