The Health Service Executive (HSE) invites tenders for the supply, commissioning, configuration, modification (if necessary), installation, data migration (if necessary), integration, implementation and on-going support of a Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD) and Mobile Data Terminal (MDT) Solution and associated options to aid in the day-to-day operation and overall management of the National Ambulance Service (NAS).
The HSE intends to employ a single managed support solution model for all elements of the Emergency Management Suite with the successful tenderer from this competition taking the role of primary support.
