AIT is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the Supply of Laboratory Consumables. The contract has been divided into lots and AIT wishes to admit a maximum of three suppliers per lot to the Framework Agreement (depending on interest). To this end AIT invites suppliers to submit proposals for the supply of Laboratory Consumables as per the specification set out in Section 2 of the tender document which is available on the Government website www.etenders.gov.ie The Laboratory Consumables contract has been divided into 9 lots as follows:

Lot 2 Molecular Biology.
Lot 3 Sodium Dodecyl Sulphate Polyacrylamide Gel.
Electrophoresis (SDS Page).
Lot 4 Plastic Ware.

The contracting authority will not conclude this framework agreement (and the reviewable public contract) to which a standstill period applies in accordance with Irish Statutory Instrument SI 130 of 2010, until after the expiry of the standstill period which commences on the day following the date of notification of concerned candidates and tenderers. The duration of the standstill period will be 14 calendar days where notification are sent electronically or by fax and 15 calendar days where notifications are sent by any other means.
