Framework Agreement for Legal Representation Services
The Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (”NMBI”) wishes to engage legal representation services in the implementation of its functions under the following parts of the Nurses and Midwives Act, 2011:
(a) part 7 - Preliminary Proceeding Committee (“PPC”); and
(b) parts 8 and 9 - Fitness to Practise Committee (“FPC”).
