Framework Agreement for Engineering Consultant Services for the Environment and Engineering Department - Department of Finance Standard Conditions of Engagement Stage (i) to (v)

Dublin City Council (DCC) is establishing this Framework Agreement to enable the engagement of Engineering Consultants for water services and water treatment facilities in line with the Government Standard Conditions of Engagement for project stages:
(i) Preliminary,
(ii) Design,
(iii) Tender Action, Evaluation and Award,
(iv) Construction,
(v) Handover.
A full range of services across multiple disciplines in relation to water services and water treatment facilities is required, including process design, civil, environmental, structural, mechanical and electrical services.
