FD/02/05/271 - Redevelopment of Limerick Prison
The development of approcimately 11 000 m² in number of separate structures will include:
— Sundry Demolition alternations and enabling works.
— Approximately 100 male cell units and 50 female cell units in separate blocks.
— Other associated support facilities for staff, catering, laundry, sports, workshop and education, stores and other related facilities.
— Related external works including extension to external 7 m high perimeter wall, new car park for approximately 200 cars, exercise areas, adjustment and extension of underground service and other related work.
