DCPL RFID Tagging Project - Invitation to tender for the supply & application of Radio Frequency ID based tags to stock in 16 libraries

Dublin City Public Libraries (Dublin City Council) intends to establish a Single Party Framework Agreement for the Supply and Application of Radio Frequency ID based Tags for 16 Libraries. The duration of this Framework Agreement will be 12 months from the date of its establishment, with the option to extend by a further 12 months. South Dublin County Council may also avail of the Framework Agreement.
It should be noted that the initial contract to be awarded under this Framework Agreement will be for the Supply and Application of Radio Frequency ID based Tags for 16 libraries within Dublin City Council area only (including 2 x mobile libraries, see detailed listing in Section 7). The project should begin within 2 weeks of Purchase Order issue and be completed before 31/5/2014. Details of these requirements are outlined in this document.
South Dublin County Council may, at their discretion, choose to participate in the Framework Agreement.
