Corporate Advisory Services
ESB Group intends to establish a framework agreement with a number of suppliers for the provision of a range of consultancy services to ESB Group under the following broad headings; tax advice, financial advisory services and due diligence, economic and regulatory advice, strategy, consultancy and organisational design / change advice. The contract will be divided between a number of suppliers.
ESB Group may draw on expertise from members of the Framework as projects / issues arise. Individual projects will vary in scope and duration but the Framework will remain in place for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years at ESB's discretion. ESB reserves the right to revisit the market for specific assignments.
