Dublin Institute of Technology, Institute of Technology Tallaght and Institute of Technology Blanchardstown (“the Institutes”) invite applications from banking service providers for the provision of on-site banking facilities for access by students and staff in addition to business banking services for the Institutes.
The contracts will be awarded in lots, i.e. each Institute comprises an individual lot:
Lot 1 – Dublin Institute of Technology
Lot 2 – Institute of Technology Tallaght
Lot 3 – Institute of Technology Blanchardstown
The Institutes have come together in this procurement to leverage the combined requirements of the three entities and will invite proposals for individual banking contracts in addition to a solution from service providers for a single provider for all 3 campuses. NOTE: A single solution will enable the Institutes to position themselves for a more formal amalgamation which is due to take place in the coming years in the form of a Technological University for the Dublin region (DTU). Working in an alliance the three institutions aim to create a new kind of university in Ireland – a Technological University for the Dublin region, attuned to the needs of students, enterprise and society, and contributing to Ireland's renewal.
