Consultancy Services for Building Control
Dublin City Council wishes to award a contract to suitably qualified and experienced consultants, for the provision of Consultancy Services related to the Building Control, for checking, inspecting, auditing, recording, research and advisory services for buildings, designs, construction works, estate development, temporary erections, events, etc. and support services for the enforcement of statutory and other requirements in relation to health and safety, structural sufficiency, serviceability, durability, reduction of energy use and carbon emissions, use of alternative and innovative energy sources, sufficiency of building services, etc. This tender will be divided into six lots. There will be a maximum number of five operators in each Lot, if such numbers are found to be suitable and have the required resources, qualifications and prior relevant experience.
