BMRFT1 - Request for Tenders to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the Supply of Monochrome and Colour Printers, Monochrome and Colour Multi Function Devices
This Competition relates to:
i) the Purchase of Monochrome and Colour Printers
ii) the Purchase of Monochrome and Colour Multi Function Devices and
iii) The provision of Service, Maintenance, Repairs, Customer and Technical Support and
iv) the Supply of Information Communications Technologies Consumables (โICT Consumablesโ).
The Framework Agreement will be divided into five Framework Agreement Lots as set out in the RFT. Tenderers should note that each Framework Agreement Lot will result
in a separate Framework Agreement and membership of each individual Framework Agreement Lot will depend on the evaluation of the Tenders received from Tenderers for each Framework Agreement Lot. Competition will establish a multi-member Framework Agreement with a maximum number of 7 (per Framework Agreement Lot) members.
Desktop devices ONLY (item 1 in Framework Agreement Lot 1 and item 1 in Framework Agreement Lot 2 above) will be purchased on the basis that a 3 year warranty will come with each device. There will be no services element to the purchase of these devices and consumables for these devices are NOT part of the Competition.
All other devices in Framework Agreement Lots 1 and 2 and all of Framework Agreement Lots 3, 4 and 5 will require the provision of Servicing, Maintenance and Repairs of
the devices, Customer and Technical Support and the Supply of ICT Consumables. Charging must be by way of a "Per-Printed Page" charge as set out in Part 2 of Appendix 2 of the Pricing Schedule. Further details about these requirements are set out in this Appendix 1.
