Architect Led Multi-Disciplinary Design Team Multi-Operator Framework
Provision of full multi-disciplinary design team services led by and incorporating Architectural design service (incorporating Landscape, Interiors, Fire, Acoustics etc)acting and including multi-disciplinary design services for building works for IDA Ireland. The list of specialist skills (in addition to architecture) required as part of the multi-disciplinary design team are: Civil & Strucural Engineering (CS), Techanical & Electrical Services Engineering (ME), Quantity Surveying and Project Management (QS), PSDP Services (PSDP), Sustainability & Environmental Services (SE), LEED AP (LE), Planning Services (PS)
To express interest and seek to be pre-qualified to tender for admission to the framework, Applicants must submit a completed SAQ, appendices and all supporting evidence. A separate SAQ, appendices and supporting evidence must be completed and submitted for each specialist skill. Where the applicant is also delivering a specialist skill or specialist skill provider is delivering more than one specialist skill it is acceptable to submit one copy of the 'evidence required' where it is common to more than one completed SAQ, provided it is clearly referenced in the completed SAQ and labelled in the submission.
The mini competitions which may be run under the framework may require partial or full services and the requirements will be detailed in the tender documents.
