WIT wishes to appoint a full service advertising agency to provide advertising services to the Institute. Tenders are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and quality advertising agencies for the provision of such a service for WIT for a 2 year period from August 21013 (provisional) in accordance with the attached specifications (subject to 6 monthly reviews). The contract may be renewed (subject to a review) for a further year after the initial 2 year period or else re-advertised at the discretion of WIT. The successful Tenderer will be working with, and reporting to, the Institute's Marketing and Communications Manager and his/her representative as required.
