Iarnród Éireann – Irish Rail requires a Strategic and Creative Advertising Agency to provide Strategic Planning and Creative Advertising services and a Media Planning and Buying Agency services for placement of advertising in general media.
It is proposed to tender this opportunity in two lots. interested parties may apply for one or more lots.
Irishrail intends to use the negotiated procedure. The award will be based on the most economically advantageous tender.
