The Council currently provides an extensive residential and mobile caretaking service throughout the administrative area of South Dublin County Council. There are a number of Residential Caravan Parks and Group Housing Schemes throughout the County which will require a daily caretaking service between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. Caretakers will report directly to the Traveller Accommodation Unit, South Dublin County Council.
The Contract duration is for a 12 month period and will be subject to 6 monthly reviews. At South Dublin County Council's discretion the Contract may be extended for a further 2 periods of 1 or 2 years, with agreement with the successful Tenderer to a maximum of 3 years in total.
