2013/02 - On-Street Information: Provision of Maintenance, Cleaning, Post and Print Services
THIS PSQ RELATES TO THE QUALIFICATION SYSTEM
FOR INCLUSION ON A SHORTLIST OF TENDERERS FOR
THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE, PRINT, POST &
CLEANING SERVICES FOR ON STREET INFORMATION
CARRIERS FOR BUS ATHA CLIATH.
The Contracting Entity proposes to award a contract(s) for the Provision of Maintenance Services of Information Carriers (headplates/flags, carousels, shelter back panels and monoliths). The maintenance services includes the printing and posting of information and the cleaning of information carriers (i.e. removal of graffiti, gum, stickers etc. as required) throughout the greater Dublin Area for a period of 3 years for Dublin Bus and third parties if required. There will be an option to extend for a further 12 months, upon agreement by all parties concerned.
