It is intended that a single-supplier framework agreement will be awarded pursuant to this tender competition. Any contracts awarded under the Framework Agreement may extend beyond the lifetime of the Framework Agreement. i. contract with the prime contractor only;
ii. contract with each member of the consortium/joint venture on the basis of joint and several liabilities;
iii. contract with one member of the consortium/joint venture as prime contractor to whom the other members will be sub-contractors; or
iv. at its discretion, require the consortium/joint venture to enter into any other contracting arrangement.
