Bord Gais wishes to appoint a Fulfillment Service Provider to manage Fulfillment Services in its water division. These services will include the provision of print, mail and dispatch services, including but not limited to procurement of stationery materials for printing and mailing; retrieval of files from a third party data server; printing of documents and application production control marks; enclosure of insertions with printed documents into envelopes; presentation of mail to An Post Mail Centre and/or via a courier - An Post Mail Centres currently are located in Dublin, Cork, Athlone or Portlaoise and mail must be presented at least once per day to a Mail Centre; provision of reporting and management information; secure destruction and recycling of redundant stationery materials; provision of a stationery ordering interface; and provision of business continuity.

A pre-qualification questionnaire will be issued to all candidates who respond to this notice. Expressions of interest should be addressed in writing and sent via email for the attention of The Procurement Manager to rahern@bge.ie The questionnaire will cover the financial, economic and technical capacity of the candidates. The questionnaire must be completed and returned to the address in I.1. above not later than 12:00 on Tuesday 26.3.2013. The responses will be used to assist in drawing up a tender list. This process may also include interviews with candidates. The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract award procedure.
