Two Framework Agreements for Legal Services
The Environmental Protection Agency wishes to establish two single party framework agreements.
Lot 1: Environmental Licensing and Enforcement including (a) advice for Director General /Directors/ Board of EPA regarding Lot 1 services; (b) Environmental Law; (c) Legal aspects of licensing; (d) Enforcement of environmental legislation; and (e) General public law.
Lot 2: Corporate and Financial including (a) Advice for Director General /Directors/ Board of EPA regarding Lot 2 services; (b) Company Law; (c) Contract law; (d) Insolvencies; (e) Receiverships; (f) Financial provisions; (g) Legal aspects of environmental liabilities; (h) Insurances; (i) Procurement.
The duration of each framework agreement will be a maximum period of 6 years. For the avoidance of doubt, it should be stated that the period for delivery of any subsequent contracts entered into under the framework may extend beyond the date of expiry of the framework.
