Object Scope of the procurement
Short description:
The Food Safety Authority of Ireland is planning to undertake a Total Diet Study in 2012-2013 as part of which we require approximately 144 foodstuffs, most representative of the Irish Diet, will be samples for analysis for certain contaminants and food additives.

Suitability to pursue the professional activity:

(3) Certificates drawn up by official quality control institutes or agencies of recognised competence attesting the conformity of products clearly identified by references to specifications or standards.
(4) A statement of the candidate's technical facilities; measures for ensuring quality; and their study and research facilities.
(5) An indication of the proportion of the contract which the services provider intends possibly to subcontract.
