The supply of gift cards
The requirement is for the supply of gift cards to Bus Éireann in relation to the bus driver safety driving award scheme.
The bus driving staff involved are resident within and throughout the Republic of Ireland and approximately 300 000 EUR per annum is awarded to staff in this scheme.
The contract will be for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further twelve (12) or twenty-four (24) months if required.
The validity period of the gift card will need to be relevant to the agreed contract period. The volume and card requirements may vary within each geographical area and the requirement will include the purchase of gift cards which may occur at various times during the year.
Bus Éireann will require the successful tenderer to manage the secure delivery of vouchers to a central location to it’s Broadstone Office, Dublin 7, based on an award list, which will be provided by BE. This distribution will be on an “as required” basis.
