Candidates are required to return 3 hard copies of their Suitability Assessment Submissions and tender schedule by the deadline date stated. Short-listing/Presentation. Tenderers may be shortlisted to do a presentation as part of the process. The presentation would be for a maximum period of one hour divided into 30 minutes for presentation and 30 minutes for questions and answers. Such meetings, should they be required, will be held at the SmartPly, Belview, Slieverue, via Waterford. Furthermore, SmartPly may request a site visit.
