The establishment of various single-party framework agreements for Design Team Services in various lots
Letterkenny Institute of Technology
Letterkenny Institute of Technology (LYIT) intends to establish
a number of single-operator Framework Agreements for design
consultants. The design consultants will act together as a multi-
disciplinary design team for various projects and for other
design related requirements arising within a 4 year period from
the establishment of the Framework in 2013.
The nature of design services will include, but is not limited to,
full construction related design services, master planning,
feasibility studies, surveys, audits, reports etc.
Expressions of Interest are invited for the following design
services:
Lot 1 Architectural
Lot 2 Quantity Surveying
Lot 3 Civil/Structural Engineering
Lot 4 Mechanical and Electrical Services Engineering
Lot 5 Independent Project Supervisor Design Process
PSDP)
Each consultant will be engaged directly by LYIT and once
appointed will work as a team with the other consultant
disciplines under the leadership of the project Architect or other
consultant where architectural services are not required.
The Framework will be established on the foot of an initial
contract which is described in the attached documents.
The Initial Contract is a project supported by the European
Union's INTERREG IVA Programme managed by the Special EU
Programmes Body
