Tender to provide training services to CVT testers and CVT operators in Ireland

Road Safety Authority (RSA)

The Road Safety Authority (โ€˜RSAโ€™) is initiating a programme of reform of commercial vehicle road worthiness testing and enforcement.
The RSA is seeking tenders from suitably qualified providers to be appointed to provide technical training to CVT operators and CVT testers. The purpose of this training is to ensure that CVT testers can competently execute commercial vehicle tests in accordance with the procedures set out in the HGV and LGV vehicles testersโ€™ manuals, and in line with the ADR testing requirements (each as may be amended from time to time). The training will also be used to enable CVT operators to perform their responsibilities to the satisfaction of the RSA.
