TCD-12-30 Supply of AV Equipment & Related Services
Audio Visual and Media Services (AVMS) a section of Information System Services (ISS) at Trinity College Dublin, are responsible for the installation and upgrade of over 136 teaching rooms across the College. From time to time, there is a need to upgrade theatres and replace equipment in the theatres. We wish to appoint a panel of suppliers to provide sales and installation services of AV equipment to College.
Our existing Medium to Large Lecture Theatres have AMX or Extron control equipment and our Small Lecture Theatres and Seminar Rooms have Extron control and switching. Any equipment proposed must be compatible with existing installations.
For the purpose of this tender there are two categories of theatres:
Lot 1.
Medium to Large Lecture Theatres - Capacity over 100 (3 Vendors).
Lot 2.
Small Theatre/Seminar Room – Capacity under 100 (1 vendor).
