Supply, installation and maintenance of bus stop poles, bushead plates and information display cases
The Contracting Authority proposes awarding a contract for the supply, installation and maintenance of bus stop poles, bus head plates and information display cases for a period of 3 years. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend this contract(s) for a further period of 12 or 24 months. The purpose of the pre-qualification questionnaire is to obtain sufficient information to enable the Contracting Authority to evaluate the suitability of applicants with the necessary resources and capacity to achieve the contract objectives. This will be a negotiated procedure. It is the intention of the Contracting Authority to award this contract to one supplier. If this is not feasible the contract may be awarded to more than one supplier.
