The Dublin Dental University Hospital (DDUH) is seeking to establish a contract agreement with a suitably qualified supplier to replace its existing dental chair treatment units and associated equipment over the coming 3 to 5 years. The DDUH currently has 107 dental units and it is planned to install new units over a 3 to 5 year period. The number of chairs per year/project phase will be decided by the Hospital. The clinical areas are divided up into 3 separate areas. Current configuration of the clinical space is as follows: โ A&E, Oral Surgery and West Clinic consist of 25 dental chair units, โ Clinic 1 consists of 41 dental chair units, โ Clinic 2 consists of 41 dental chair units. The DDUH is committed to re-equipping its dental chair units during this period however; this is subject to internal and external financial controls which may impact on the time period involved and on the viability of completing the entire project.
