The Hospital Procurement Services Group (HPSG) is acting on behalf of a number of voluntary hospitals. In all cases the Hospital Procurement Services Group will act as a Contracting Authority on behalf of participating hospitals managing the award procedure.

***The HPSG invites tenders to submit economical solutions for the packaging of Healthcare Risk Waste and Used Sharps. The solutions tendered must meet with all relevant Regulations and Quality Standards for management of Healthcare Risk Waste and Used Sharps packaging, its labeling and its marking.
The solutions submitted by tenderers may include: Single Use Waste Packaging Products, Reusable Waste Packaging Products, a combination of Single Use and Reusable Waste Packaging Products or the rationalization of the sizes and/or types of Waste Packaging Products which are currently being used by the hospitals participating in this Tender process.
Tenderers must provide a clear rational for the solution(s) they propose for each individual participating hospital and for the combined participating hospitals as a whole.***.
