The Grangegorman Development Agency (GDA) and the Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking to engage in a competitive process for the supply and fit out of loose furniture for the replacement mental health facility currently under construction by Sisk Contracting at the Grangegorman / St Brendanโs Hospital Campus, Dublin 7.
The requirements are divided into a number of lots and Candidates may apply for one, various or all lots:
โ Lot 1: kitchen fitout / equipment,
โ Lot 2: loose furniture, fittings / equipment,
โ Lot 3: medical storage,
โ Lot 4: day area soft furnishings,
โ Lot 5: beds,
โ Lot 6: soft furnishings.
All furniture must be fit for purpose for a Mental Health facility and robustness and antiligature are fundamental requirement for all the furniture for patient areas. Relevant HTM codes will also apply.
It is estimated that the overall value of the loose furnishings and fittings (the โworksโ) will be in the region of 570 000 EUR - 650 000 EUR excluding VAT.
