Dublin City Council wishes to establish a single party framework agreement for its requirements for safe pass training. Dublin City Council wishes to appoint a training service provider in order to assist in meeting Dublin City Council corporate objective of a safe work environment; a Best in class Safe Pass training programme significantly assists in the protection of its โ€œoutdoorโ€ employees, and in prevention from ill health and/or injury arising from their work in Dublin City Council. Course curricula must be strictly in accordance with government and government agency guidelines and requirements.
Dublin City Council is seeking to enter into a proactive partnership based arrangement to ensure that it meets the objectives of the contract in the most efficient and cost effective way while at the same time facilitating an environment in which improvements are openly presented.
