Single party framework agreement for safe pass training

The indicative scale of safe pass training over the initial 4 year period of the framework agreement is of the order of 2,200 to 2,400 employees trained .This may not be evenly spread across each year in the period 2013 -2016.50 000250 000

1. Suppliers must register their interest on the etenders web site in order to be included on the mailing list for clarifications.

4. Award of any contract will be subject to the approval of the competent authorities and availability of funding.

5. The contracting authority will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by participants.

6. This notice is strictly voluntary and the awarding authority is not subject to the provisions of Directive 2004/18 relating to the choice of publicity, procedures, timelines, selection or award criteria and the contracts in question are not subject to the rigours of this directive.

7. It will be a condition of contract award that a binding service level agreement is signed by the successful tenderer.

8. The contracting authority reserves the right to review the quality of service provision on an on-going basis and to terminate any contract at its discretion.

9. The decision as to the renewal of contract will at every stage be at the sole discretion of the contracting authority
