The Arts Council requires its Promotions, Events, Communications and Public Affairs, services supplier to supply consultancy and management across a range of areas including: liaison between Arts Council staff and government departments on queries, speeches and briefing documents; speeches and briefing documents for Arts Council members and staff; events guide management; press releases; publications; production of the Annual Report; media monitoring; acknowledgement and branding by funded organisations; management of corporate and special projects; managing relevant external suppliers; and compliance with the relevant sections of the Official Languages Act. 30.
