Quality Assurance Auditors for the Building Energy Rating (BER) Scheme
The objective of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to establish a panel of suitably qualified service providers to provide Quality Assurance support for the Building Energy Rating (BER) Scheme.
Lot 1 - Domestic BER – Provision of auditing and related services of domestic BER assessors and assessments to confirm compliance with the DEAP methodology and software, the survey guide, the Code of Practice for Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessors and any other direction issued by SEAI.
Lot 2 - Non-Domestic BER: Provision of auditing and related services of non-domestic BER assessors and assessments to confirm compliance with the NEAP methodology and software, the survey guide, the Code of Practice for Building Energy Rating (BER) Assessors and any other direction issued by SEAI.
