Provision of Self-Relieving full-time Dual-Purpose Standby and Production Vessel (SBV / PSV) Service at Kinsale Head Gas Field to carry out duties in Kinsale Head Gas Platform area.Primary vessel shall normally be located at the Field. In addition to cargo-handling capabilities to and from fixed offshore platforms and to and from Cork Port, the primary vessel will provide a standby vessel service in accordance with Irish legislation, which service shall include, but not be limited to, personnel rescue and evacuation as well as platform safety zone monitoring and protection.The secondary vessel which will relieve the primary vessel during periods of supply runs and crew changes shall be capable of providing a standby vessel service as aforesaid.For the purposes of providing a continuous standby vessel service at the Field, the successful tenderer will be responsible for the provision of the Secondary Vessel at the Field whenever the Primary Vessel is absent from the Field for the purposes of crew changing and / or carrying out a supply run to Cork or to another designated port (every 28 days).The Secondary Vessel need not have a supply service capability but it must be capable of providing a standby vessel service in accordance with applicable Irish legislation, which service shall include, but not be limited to, personnel rescue and evacuation as well as platform safety zone monitoring and protection.Tenderer must have technical capability and expertise in operating this type of service and have previous experience of providing vessel support services to the oil and gas industry.15 000 00025 000 000

Quantity or scope:

The secondary vessel which will relieve the primary vessel during periods of supply runs and crew changes shall be capable of providing a standby vessel service as aforesaid.
