Provision of Print Services to Horse Racing Ireland and Subsidiaries
Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) was established under the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act, 2001. It is a commercial semi-state body that took over the functions previously carried out by the Irish Horseracing Authority.
HRI is responsible for the administration, promotion and development of Horse Racing in Ireland.
HRI subsidiaries include Irish Thoroughbred Marketing (ITM), Tote Ireland Ltd and the HRI Racecourse Division (Leopardstown, Fairyhouse, Navan, Tipperary and two golf centres).
HRI and Subsidiaries are now seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified service providers to provide print services to include (but not limited to) booklets, printed stationery, forms and other associated print material, raceday tickets and security print. This contract will be awarded in lots as both single and multiparty frameworks.
Lot 1: Print Stationery single party framework - This lot will cover the provision of print stationery to include business cards, headed paper, statement paper and ceadunas envelopes etc.
Lot 2: Security Print single party framework - This lot is to provide tickets, badges, cheques etc to HRI and subsidiaries upon request.
Lot 3: Promotional / Marketing Print multi party framework - This lot will include such items as leaflets, brochures, posters, invitations, forms and booklets. This framework is likely to consist of 3 members.
