Provision of Land Agency & Real Estate Services for Bord Gáis Éireann
Bord Gáis Éireann is undertaking a competitive tendering process, the objective of which is to establish a multi party framework to provide land agency and real estate services.
The services required by BGE have been divided into two lots as further described below. Appointment to the Framework Agreements is subject to Applicants meeting the minimum scoring rules laid down and based on the Applicant(s) submitting the most economically advantageous tenders for each Lot.
Lot 1: Land Agency Services.
Lot 2: Real Estate Services.
