Suitability to pursue the professional activity:
All candidates are required to declare if any of the circumstances listed in Article 45 of EU Directive 2004/18 apply.
Economic and financial standing:
(1) All candidates will be required to provide a reference from their bank.
(2) All candidates will be required to provide evidence of relevant professional risk indemnity insurance.
(3) All candidates will be required to provide statements of accounts or extracts from those accounts relating to their business.
All candidates will be required to provide a copy of their Tax Clearance Certificate.
